Contacting Shy

When you request a callback, we collect your name and the email address or phone number you provide. You may also share your package interest, estimated guest count and event details. These details are emailed to Shy to respond to your inquiry and discuss your event. Please do not include sensitive information or payment-card details.

Website and email services

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form delivery. Inquiry emails are delivered to Shy’s Gmail inbox. These providers process technical information needed to operate their services. The website form does not create a separate customer database.

Age check and browser storage

The age check runs in your browser. Your date of birth is not submitted with your inquiry or saved by the age check. A successful age check is remembered for the browsing session.

Display preferences

If you choose display options, your choices are saved in this browser on this device. They are not sent with inquiries. Reset preferences restores the defaults while respecting your device’s reduced-motion setting.

External links and payments

Social-media links, Google reviews and Cash App open third-party services with their own privacy practices. Payment details are handled by Cash App, not this website.
